If you used to enjoy the family run Italian restaurant, then you're in for a big surprise.
It has now been converted to a formula pub / motel, operated by a brewery chain. It now specialises in freezer to fryer food for the masses.
Particularly distasteful is the wacky pub sign that has appeared outside showing a comical bear figure.
Verdict - like a McDonald's for grown ups and you can take the kids too.
