My daughter and I had a meal in this restaurant the other evening and I would like to make it clear that we will NEVER go back. The food was delicious to begin with and the service slick, if not exactly polite, however half way through dinner, my daughter came across a thick, black hair entangled in her fish. We asked the waiter to take it away and 30 mins later, the Maitre D'hotel returned to advise us that there was nothing they could do but offer us a free coffee!!!!! At least they could have refunded the price of the food my daughter was unable to eat. We asked for our bill and to our disgust, discovered that we had been charged extra for bread rolls which we were served on arrival. This family certainly know how to charge the tourists!! The attitude was, 'we can fill these tables everyday, so it doesn't really matter that you are dissatisfied......'
I hope this will help people to stand on more firm ground should they receive similar treatment in this restaurant. Altogether, a bad experience.
