Terrible slow service 30mins for starters and another 40 for mains and it wasnt even busy, had to remind for drinks. banquet offer very poor. no salad with dishes. no poppadoms/dip/salad for free. despite ordering a vast array of different dishes with my girlfirend the food was very poor and 2/3 thirds of it was uneaten. dry chicken, frozen vegs in curry, over cooked veg that had turned to mush. tastless rice, hard chips, burnt nan, in all bland pathetic cooking. the chicken chaat starter was particulary disgusting, we should have left after that and had we not been with a party would have done. the drinks are also overpriced and the coke was flat even after being replaced. i can cook a massive range of authentic asian food and this was just a waste of money and an insult to paying customers. leave this place well alone and also note the offers etc on the website differ to when you are in the restaurant. appalling.

I have visited the rowley village on numerous occasions.

on each visit i have throughly enjoyed the food...

as for the area being grotty its a run down council estate but you will find should you pull your head from up your arse the people are friendly.

i suggest you should stay away in your little country retreat (no doubt a shed in stourbridge) learn to type in english and think before you judge people or areas in which you visit...

as a food critic you should analyse the resturant, food and service not slag off an area due to the look of the outside of the properties...

may i ask was your helicopter damaged on your visit or did you come up the canal by yacht???

mr. b . j . bentick...
