Lancashire Cheese and Onions

Recipe Serves: 2 Ingredients4-6 slices of dry bread |
|
MethodLightly fry the onion in the oil. When cooked but still crisp add the milk and bring to the boil. Sprinkle the cheese and then turn off the heat. Do not stir, just paddle in until melted.
