Method1. Preheat the grill to hot and toast the bread on both sides. Spread a little mustard on each slice, then top with the cheese, laying it as close as possible to the edges of the toast. 2. Sprinkle over the Worcestershire sauce to taste then pop under the grill. Cook for 2-3 mins or until golden and bubbling. Serve immediately with salad and pickled onions. Cooks Tips For full flavour, try Farmhouse Cheddar, Taw Valley, Cathedral City or Mr Wilson. Relatively inexpensive cheese slicers can be bought from kitchen and hardware shops UK-wide. In order to know whether a human being is young or old, offer it food of different kinds at short intervals. If young, it will eat anything at any hour of the day or night. If old, it observes stated periods.
