TOMATO MACKEREL PATE

Ingredients

• 455g (I lb) "ready to eat” smoked mackerel fillets, skinned
• 250ml (9 fl oz) passata
• 2 x 15ml spoon (2 tablespoons) Worcestershire sauce
• black pepper

Method

1. Place all the ingredients in a bowl or food processor and mix together.
2. Serve as a starter with toast or on biscuits or oatcakes.

NUTRITIONAL VALUES PER PORTION (APPROX) 283 Kilocalories; 15g Protein; 24g Fat; 3g Carbohydrate; 0g Fibre.
