Ingredients
455g (1 lb) smoked haddock or cod fillets,
fresh or defrosted, skinned and cubed 1 x 250g pack spinach and
ricotta tortellini 1 x 290g pack carbonara sauce black
pepper
Method
1. Cook the tortellini according to the packet instructions 2.
Gently heat the sauce in a pan, add the fish and cook for 4-6
minutes. 3. Drain the tortellini and add to the sauce and fish
mixture. 4. Season and serve with salad and crusty bread.
