Ingredients
340g ( 12oz) large cooked, peeled prawns,
fresh or defrosted 1 x 240g pack prepared melon cubes,
drained 1 mango, peeled and diced rind and juice of 1
lime 5 x 15ml spoon (5 tablespoons) mayonnaise salt and
pepper fresh chopped mint, to
garnish
Method
1. Place all the ingredients (except the mint) into a large bowl
and mix. 2. Garnish with the mint and serve with crusty French
bread.
