Method
Preheat the barbecue
1 Lay the fish in a shallow dish. 2 Mix together the parsley,
lemon rind and juice, olive oil and seasoning. 3 Pour the mixture
over the fish and coat well. 4 Arrange thyme and rosemary sprigs
over the barbecue rid and lay the fish on top. 5 Cook for 3-4
minutes on each side, brushing fish occasionally with any remaining
lemon and herb mixture 6 Serve hot with a salad and crusty bread
