 Smiley

Prashad, an Indian vegetarian restaurant in Bradford, has just become the first restaurant in the City to receive an AA Rosette.

The restaurant serves stunning Gujarati and punjabi dishes.

You might have seen them on Ramsay's Best Restaurant late last year.   They made it through to the final.

Go and try the food and be won over by veggie cuisine.

Prasad is a great place to try Indian vegan dishes. Prasad is a family owned business. They mainly bring dishes from 3 parts of India, Gujarat, Punjab and South India. Gujarati is well known for snacks. Punjabi cuisines are richer and robust. South Indian dishes are mainly focus on rice and they have a great taste. The restaurant tries their best to offer traditional dished with their natural taste. You can try vegetable samosas, mill juli sabzi, and nan. I think they are simply amazing.
Have anyone tried vegan dished in Avon Dining  ?

I do not think of being a veggie to be boring. Perhaps, I love veggies! There is lot of nutrient you can get from veggies and they are an awesome source of nutrition. Like fruits.

I like eating vegetable salads actually and those are my favorite.
