THE F WORD
Gordon Ramsay’s food magazine show The F Word is coming back and we're on the hunt for The F Word’s Best Local Restaurant.

We want you to tell us about the place where you love to eat. A well known hotspot or a hidden gem – anywhere you think deserves to be crowned F Word’s Best Local Restaurant. Plus, once you've nominated you'll be able to apply for a seat in The F Word restaurant

Please visit www.channel4.com/food/f-word/nominate now to give us your suggestion as soon as you can.

Nominations close at midnight on July 17th.

And please spread the word – we want the whole country to get involved.

Please do not get involved with ANYTHING to do with Gordon Ramsay, this uncouth middle aged lout, is unfortunately typical of too many young chefs (most without his cooking ability) and promoting this as entertainment does great harm to the catering industry. We don't need people who want to behave abusively to their colleagues and juniors when the going gets hot (as it does in restaurant kitchens), we want people who do their job with pride and who are treated and treat others with respect.

If you want to find out about food watch, Jamie Oliver, Rick Stein, Ainsley Harriott, Heston Blumenthal, Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall, Madhur Jaffrey, Nigella Lawson, Gary Rhodes, Antony Worrall Thompson, to name but a few (not all commercial chefs I accept) but all present food as being something pleasant and enjoyable.

If you want to see aggro join up and go to Afganisthan
