Not Quite Vegan? Not Completely Vegetarian?

This part of the site deals with meat-free cuisine

In todays climate of paranoia over the quality of food and meat in particular, more and more people are experimenting with dishes devoid of meat.

Some people just avoid red meat, allowing poultry, fish, dairy products and so on. Others do not eat fish or eggs. Some will eat nothing but vegetable matter.

The reasons for peoples choices are many and varied, and we're not concerned with those reasons - what we do know already is that substantial, nutritious and exciting meals can be prepared without meat or meat products.

We will provide informative and entertaining material to help you develop and maintain a menu which satisfies dietary, nutritional and philosophical aims.

We will add sections on dealing with Formal Vegetarian cuisine and maybe even Vegan cuisine, as and when we find the demand (and quality material!). What about Kosher, Halal? What about any other regimen related to diet? Tell us what your interests are.
