This event will cover the subjects from the newly introduced pig
standards (as revised by the EU livestock regulations), to issues of
nutrition. The day will go on to develop the opportunities and
constraints of the market, with sessions on marketing and quality,

organic food) to ensure a level playing field for UK producers.
